Cool Roofs...

Cool roofs are roofs covered with specific membranes or coatings, which meet the specifications of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) and California Title 24 requirements.

They reduce the amount of heat from entering the building and save energy by reducing the load on air conditioning systems. The single ply systems and the elastomeric coating systems we install are classified as cool roofs. Some utility companies offer incentive rebates for installation of these systems. Check with us for details on systems that carry these incentives.
